Teen Program -
"Stay On Track (S.O.T.)"

Adolescents age 15-17. This program is designed to get your adolescent on-track to adulthood and independence, with focus on improving family relations.

VISIT CAPDMI

Does your adolescent need help staying on track in life? Are you noticing that he or she is finding it difficult to make healthy decisions? As a parent or guardian of an adolescent, it can be difficult to understand or reach him or her. Your adolescent may not even understand what he or she is going through in order to make healthy decisions. Sometimes it helps the individual and the family unit to get some help from an outside source (an unbiased Life Coach). S.O.T. is designed to help today’s adolescents (age 15-17) understand, manage and maintain a healthy mind-set while dealing with everyday life issues and challenges.

Is this a group program?

This program is a private individual setting. The setting is a non-judgmental environment for your teen to speak with a Coach and discuss issues and plan for a healthier future.  Outcomes may vary according to determination for positive change in individual discussions.

PLEASE NOTE: There may be times when a parent or other positive role-model may be invited into a discussion in an effort to help support the teen in positive upward mobility.

What is going on with him/her?

Adolescence can be a very difficult and challenging stage of development for many individuals as well as for their families. The challenges of life can become overwhelming and cause an adolescent to lose his or her way; they may behave negatively as a reaction to what is going on in his or her life. This happens to many adolescents and it is nothing to be ashamed of. Getting help is the necessary way to handle situations like this.

This program will provide helpful education to help your adolescent stay on track!
